The Illusions of Victory after Victory.......

The Sacked Prime Minster or the Palestinian Rebel Leader Ismail Haniah, came up with the Declaration of National and International Victory against Israel. Which is not the first time we hear and see such Victories, there was one before, declared by Hezbollah in Lebanon 2006.

First, I highly value the ability of good fighters while doing their jobs, specially in some difficult circumstances, like in South of Lebanon, and in Gaza too. But we cannot be so naive and except the exaggeration of what those Leaders trying to gain from these Fighters Reputations, because it gives a reverse results for what those fighters really done in a fight.

In Lebanon July 2006, Resistance Fighters done brilliant jobs and made the Enemy's Missions very difficult ones, and there was no hiding behind people, because most of the Lebanese people in the South of Lebanon moved and hosted by other Lebanese in far areas of the fighting, and that was the reason that Hezbollah, lost many very good fighters, and despite of the ability that the fighters proved Hezbollah had been driven away to the North of Litani river.

In Gaza, no doubt that there were brave fighters as well, in certain cases, but the situation was quite different, there was no Exit of the civilians out of Gaza as it happened in South Lebanon, and they got caught in the middle of fire, and that was the reason of high casualties among them and less casualties, among Hamas and other groups fighting, who were naturally protected by civilians, other wise, if there was a way that the Gazans could move away from the fight area, certainly Israel could occupy Gaza Strip in less time and that is Bare Fact, and would not see Haniah declares any Illusion Victory

The only thing that could be achieved in war on Gaza that, The Gaza peoples won the Sympathy of the whole world and that was good enough to detain Israel.

In 1982, Israel lost three or four times number of casualties in the Mountains of Lebanon, and forced the Israeli Army to withdraw without conditions, than in Gaza, and Leaders there, did not celebrate of any victory like Hamas trying to sell to the Gazans. Hamas tried to Copycat Hezbollah but in the wrong place.

Hamas, to keep its legitimate presence, should catch up with the efforts that are taking place in Egypt and have a Unify Government with West Bank, and face the Americans and the Israelis for Peaceful Agreement on the Basis of the Arab Peace plan, that took place in Beirut 2002.

The Law...

The Law should be above every one, in a Democratic Country like Lebanon, though some of them call it Agreed Democracy among several political kinds. Politics is quite different from the Law. The Law controls, politics, finance, people and anything under the umbrella of the country.

The latest Committee proposals, that hold the president, the cabinet members and the parliament members, responsible for their actions, put them in a way that, they are abnormal people, and they should have a special law to hold them responsible for their behaviours in certain cases, and should be tried in special courts. In a Democratic Country, these Officials from the top to the bottom should be under the same Law that applies on the Ordinary People. We suppose to have a Judiciary System that has the power and Free to reach anywhere and to any person in the country, to bring to Justice whenever it finds something has gone wrong and it is not in the Interest of the people, like other civilized countries

To normal people like me, understand that Lebanon has a Constitution that applies, but this Constitution is not the Words of God, it was formed by normal people in different circumstances, and should be tailored by the Law to maximum size that will protect people and the country from those who try to play on our National Interest and Security.

This Committee instead of coming up with proposals to protect the officials from the Law, they should come up with Proposals to clean up the Judicial System in Lebanon, to make this System 100% Independent, and has the Hand that reaches to anyone in the Country with no Exception to protect the People of Lebanon.

Kwait Summit The First Step....

As we always believed that Saoudi Arabia, initiates almost anything to bury the Arabs Differences and looks to unify their goals at least to look as one front facing a vicious enemy who can destroy anything Humans and Properties to keep the Arabs shredded.

Kuwait Summit put all the Arabs on the right track to tackle their problems, financially and almost politically, that if some of them, learned not to allow intruders into the Arabs Affairs, and Iran in specific. Egypt the Mother of Arabs, tackled the Palestinian Problem, Saoudi Arabia and kuwait tackled the Arabs Problem.

Doha Summit split the Arabs and Kuwait Summit unified them, and it is not like of the Night Bats in Lebanon, called it Arab League and Hebrew league, those kind of people who lives on bits and pieces of the trouble makers food tables.

Most of our problems in Lebanon are as results of the Syrian Regime behaviours, and of its Isolation from Arab World. Now as an Initiative from King Abdullah of Saoudia, all these differences were buried in Kuwait, and the Syrian Regime got a Vitamin Injection, hopefully it joins the Arabs efforts to sort out the Palestinian problems between Ramallah and those of Hamas taken Damascus as a hideout.

On the other hand, Saoudia is looking after Lebanon financially to help it out of its destruction caused by July 2006 war, that Hezbollah, Syria and Iran brought to Lebanon. Is The Syrian Regime going to change its behaviours in Lebanon and clear those trouble makers off the Streets of Beirut, and the Outlaws who working out side the Palestinian Camps, after this meeting in Kuwait.

Insects Noises in Beirut Streets...

There is no doubt that those rammed Beirut Streets under the Cover of Protesting against the Israeli Raid on Hamas in Gaza, was a scenario, that the Devils Regime in Damascus was in place prior to the failed meeting in Doha, where Assad called the Arabs Initiative Peace Plan in Beirut was DEAD. Those made all the Insect Noises in the Streets of Beirut had the orders to scream and shout against Our Lebanese President, to put pressure on him to join the Trouble Makers that meeting in Doha, against the pro-Peace Arabs who were trying to stop the Massacre against the Palestinians in Gaza.

But those noisy insects and their poison feedings from Damascus, never expected, that Our President would defied that call, and asserted that the Arabs Initiative Peace Plan took place in Beirut, should stay in force, and ignored what Assad called that was Dead.

Assad Representative was there, when The Arabs took the Collective Decision of that plan, and Syria signed for it along with the other Arab Countries, and in the same time the Devils regime was negotiating with Israel alone under the Table, and over the Table, indirectly, and directly and secret. But because Turkey has to stop the Indirect ( Actually DIRECT) Dialogue between Syria and Israel, which forced Syria to call it off as well. War on Hamas is to trim the Syrian Wing and stop them flying high, which angered Syria and played its old games on putting pressure on Lebanon and its President by let those insects loose in the Streets of Beirut, and those do not care a damn about the killing in Gaza by Israel.

What they have done in Doha was just Talking............
